Gates all-new G-Force C12 belt is a revolutionary breakthrough in CVT belt design. It is the first belt of its kind with a carbon tensile cord for exceptional strength, flexibility, durability and performance in the most demanding off-road and on-the-job conditions.

Minimal stretch under load results in consistent shifting RPM
Allows for maintaining peak power throughout the shift curve
Wears evenly to reduce belt failure due to edge cord pullout
The first CVT belt utilizing a carbon tensile cord, combining minimal stretch with extraordinary strength
High performance neoprene with a trapezoidal top-notch and rounded bottom cog design maximizing heat control and flexibility
Carbon tensile cords are bonded to aramid fiber loaded rubber with specially formulated adhesion gum. This results in increased side-load resistance, preventing belt distortion and edge cord pullout
Gain optimal power transmission for faster aeleration, improved throttle response and consistent shifting performance
