Hello and welcome to delivery and returns page.
Here you can read some details about a nifty little lifecycle of your order's journey from the time you place your order to your new treasures arriving at your doorstep. At first you choose the product you like. Then you put into your shopping cart and pass the checkout process in a few clicks.
Our store offers several payment and delivery methods, so you have an opportunity to choose which one is the most convenient for you.
DELIVERY METHODS
Store Pickup
We're primarely a Web store but if you are in the Canadian Capital Region, we can accomodate a local pickup if this is something you'd prefer. You can reach us using our contact form and we'll coordinate a store pickup. Please note that we will require a deposit to coordinate a store pickup. We'll notify you by email once your item has arrived and the balance can be paid upon pickup.
Shipment to your door
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and shipped using supported regional courier with tracking. We offer low flat rate shipping and free shipping on our best sellers. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Please group your items in one order else shipping fees will apply to each of order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but note that special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
International delivery and POBox delivery
We only ship in Canada with the exception of NWT and Yukon. We do not ship to the USA or internationally and cannot ship to PO Boxes.
PRODUCT RETURNS

Returns
Return new & unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging & include all documentation & original tags. Tires returns may incur a restocking fee up to 20%.
You must contact us to initiate a return of merchandise. Without a return authorisation number, we cannot accept your return.
Note: No warranties or returns on electrical components. If you are unsure what consitututes as an electrical component, please contact us before ordering.
